PAR & R Vintage Bar - 9.11ozt, Ultra Rare, Ser # 0001, Rainbow Patina, .999 Loaf

Fifty years in the dark. First in line.

Discovered in 2024 after five decades in a safe deposit box, this bar carries its age beautifully. The deep rainbow patina — purples, coppers, and golds shifting across the surface — is the natural result of 50 years of undisturbed silver sulfide development. It cannot be faked. It cannot be rushed. If only silver could talk.

PAR & R remains one of the most elusive mystery refiners in the vintage silver community. No company history. No production records. No provenance — only the bars themselves, and precious few of those. Serial #0001 is the first known example ever publicly documented. A second bar, Serial #0009, surfaced in May 2025. Only three other PAR & R  bars ever recorded at public sale.

• Specific gravity: 10.399 — variance attributed to residual surface micro-bubbles and silver sulfide toning layer
• XRF testing pending
