1 oz .999 Fine Silver Relic Artisan Bar — Old World Egyptian God Anubis (Monarch Precious Metals)
1 oz .999 Fine Silver Relic Bar — Old World Egyptian God Anubis (Monarch Precious Metals)
Part of Monarch Precious Metals' celebrated Egyptian Relic Series, this 1 oz silver bar is engineered from the start to look like it was chipped straight off the wall of a long-sealed tomb. Where most modern bullion chases mirror finish and machined edges, the Anubis Relic deliberately runs the other direction — irregular silhouettes, off-center strikes, and a deep antique patina that earns its weight as wearable history.
The obverse depicts Anubis — the jackal-headed Egyptian god of mummification and guardian of the afterlife — at work over a fallen pharaoh's remains, framed by hieroglyphs in high relief. The reverse continues the temple-wall aesthetic with additional Egyptian iconography and the standard weight, purity, and metal content inscriptions.
Each bar is hand-struck off-center on purpose, then treated with Monarch's signature antique patina and "anti-polish" finish to mute the silver's natural luster and bring out the recessed details. The result: no two bars share the same shape, strike position, or toning pattern. Pulling one from a stack feels less like opening bullion and more like uncovering a fragment.
Contains a full troy ounce of .999 fine silver. A standout for collectors of mythology-themed bullion, the Monarch Relic Series, or anyone building an Egyptian-themed stack alongside companion pieces (Bastet, Horus, Ra, etc.).
